Privacy policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026.

Who is responsible

The data controller for kidsdigitallearning.com is Stephan Kulik, a private individual based in Cyprus. Postal address: 111 Chlorakas Avenue, Shop 9, Suite 546, 8220 Chloraka, Paphos, Cyprus. E-mail: contact@kidsdigitallearning.com.

What we collect

Nothing through the site itself. Kids Digital Learning is a static website: there are no accounts, no forms, no comments and no newsletters. The site is written for adults, and we do not knowingly collect any data from children. The only data involved is the technical information any website receives, described below.

Hosting and server logs

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data — such as your IP address and browser user-agent — to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. This processing is carried out by Cloudflare as our hosting and CDN provider and is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy terms.

Cookies and analytics

No analytics cookies are set at present, and we run no advertising. The only thing stored is your consent choice (kidsdigitallearning_consent), kept in your browser's local storage; it stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. If consent-gated analytics are added later, they will load only after you choose "Accept", and this page and the cookie policy will be updated first. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings button in the footer of every page.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links are affiliate links. When you click one, the destination provider, its affiliate network (such as Awin, Impact or CJ) or a merchant-run affiliate platform may set cookies on their own domains to credit the referral. That processing is governed by those third parties' privacy policies, not this one. See our affiliate disclosure.

Legal bases (GDPR)

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — in Cyprus, the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection. To exercise any of these rights, e-mail contact@kidsdigitallearning.com.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top reflects the latest version (currently 5 October 2026).
